Last month, the Hebei Jinshi Industrial Metal team headed to Weihai, a coastal city in Shandong, for our annual company trip. Four days of sea air, good food, and time together — away from the workshop and the order books.
Liugong Island
Our first stop was Liugong Island, a short ferry ride from the city. The island is famous for its history — including the China Sino-Japanese War Museum — and its forested hills with wide sea views. The team spent the day walking the trails, taking photos, and learning about the island's past.
Water Park Fun
Day two was all about fun. We spent the afternoon at a local water park, sliding down rides and splashing in the wave pool. Managers and interns lined up for the same slides, cheering each other on. It was a day full of laughter and a good reminder that we work better together when we know each other as people.
